Shipping policy

 

* Product shipping will be done through the standard third party courier partners to the domestic customers.
* Shipping cost will be varied based on the parameters like volume, weight and the quantity of packaging.
* Usually weekday dispatches for the shipping will take less than 24 hours.
* Dispatches for the orders raised during weekend or public holidays will take 48-72 hours of time.
* Usual Delivery time is between 2 - 14 days based on the area (state & city/locality/village) of the delivery.
* Delivery Services availability and offering times also varied based on the local delivery partner facilitation though Garmate has integrated with Leading Courier Partners.
* Orders are usually dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM.
* Usually any order will be considered if the orders of that particular day are placed before 09:00 PM. Later on, we schedule processing that order on the next day.
* Government issued Postal Codes / Zip codes are mandatory for any delivery address within India.
* Customer has to ensure filling of full and correct delivery address information without fail while placing the order.
